Using Okitel
These Terms of Service apply to the Okitel application, related communication services, and the website at okitelecom.com. By using Okitel, you agree to these terms and the policies linked here. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Eligibility and your account
You must meet the age and legal-capacity requirements that apply to your use of Okitel, including applicable law and the app’s eligibility rules. Do not use Okitel where doing so would be unlawful.
Okitel creates a randomly generated 10-digit account ID without requiring a phone number, email address, or real name. You are responsible for keeping your ID, password, PINs, device access, and recovery information secure.
Do not impersonate another person, misrepresent an affiliation, share unauthorized account access, or attempt to access someone else’s account. Because registration does not require a phone number or email, account recovery may be limited.
The communication service
Okitel provides messaging and related communication features, which may include group chats, media sharing, voice messages, voice and video calls, and privacy controls. Features can differ by version, device, region, or availability.
An internet connection is required. You are responsible for your device, connectivity, and any charges from your internet or mobile provider. Okitel is not a replacement for emergency services. Do not rely on it for emergency communication.
Acceptable use
Use Okitel lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and safety. You must not use the service for threats, harassment, stalking, fraud, scams, impersonation, non-consensual intimate content, spam, malicious code, or unauthorized access.
You must not distribute content you have no right to share, unlawfully disclose another person’s private information, exploit vulnerabilities, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass security or access controls.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation, including related material, grooming, sextortion, and sexual trafficking of children, are strictly prohibited. Our Child Safety Standards form part of these terms.
Your content and other users
You retain the rights you have in the content you create. You give Okitel only the permissions necessary to transmit, store, process, and display that content to provide the features you request, subject to the service’s encryption and privacy design.
You are responsible for the content you share and for having the necessary permissions. Recipients may save or share content independently. Do not send information on the assumption that no recipient can ever retain it.
Other users’ statements and behavior are their own. Report abuse or safety concerns through the available reporting channel or info@okitelecom.com.
Privacy and security features
Use the app’s security and privacy controls carefully. Hidden Chats, Decoy Mode, encryption, and device controls do not guarantee complete anonymity or protection against every threat.
The service still needs operational information to function. A privacy feature on one device does not necessarily control copies on another device or information held by a recipient. See the Privacy Policy for the distinction between private content and service information.
Third-party services
Some features depend on third-party services such as app stores, hosting, notifications, calling infrastructure, or maps. Their availability and any terms that apply to your direct use of those services are separate from these terms.
Where optional AI functionality is offered, review its disclosures before sending content. AI-generated output can be inaccurate and is not a substitute for professional advice or your own judgment.
Changes, restrictions, and termination
We may update, change, restrict, or discontinue features for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvement. We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to address a breach of these terms, unlawful activity, or a serious security or safety concern.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice or an explanation. Contact support if you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or preservation of every local copy of your data.
You may stop using Okitel at any time. To request deletion of the account and associated information, use the account-deletion page. Simply uninstalling the app is not an account-deletion request.
Responsibility and legal rights
Okitel is provided subject to the rights and obligations imposed by applicable law. To the extent legally permitted, the service is provided without a guarantee that it will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
Contact info@okitelecom.com first to raise a concern. These terms do not require you to waive a mandatory right to bring a complaint or seek a remedy available under applicable law.
Updates to these terms
We may revise these terms as the service changes. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Where required, material changes will be communicated through an appropriate notice. Continued use is subject to the updated terms only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
