Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened instead, and which device and Okitel version you use. Redact private conversations, account identifiers, and other sensitive details from screenshots unless they are necessary for your request.
Never send your password, Safe or Decoy PIN, access tokens, recovery secrets, or private encryption keys. For account-specific requests, we will explain the verification needed. Your support email is used for correspondence; it is not a registration requirement.
