A child in immediate danger needs local emergency or child-protection services. Do not wait for a response from an email inbox.
Our child-safety standard
Okitel strictly prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). This standard applies to all Okitel users and to content, profiles, conversations, groups, calls, and other activity involving the service.
A child is anyone under the age of 18 for the purposes of these safety standards. These protections apply regardless of the app’s minimum age for account eligibility.
Content and conduct we prohibit
Prohibited activity includes creating, requesting, possessing through the service, distributing, or promoting child sexual abuse material (CSAM); sexual grooming of children; sextortion; sexual solicitation or exploitation of children; child sexual trafficking; and facilitating or encouraging any of this conduct.
CSAM includes material depicting the sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, including computer-generated or manipulated depictions where prohibited by applicable law. Using privacy features does not exempt anyone from these rules.

Do not attach, forward, download, or request illegal images or videos. Do not send account passwords, PINs, or encryption keys. If a child may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the appropriate child-protection authority directly.
How concerns are addressed
Okitel reviews reports and information lawfully available to it. Where we become aware of prohibited conduct or material, we take appropriate action consistent with these standards and applicable law. Action may include restricting or removing access to content we control, suspending or terminating accounts, and preserving evidence where legally required.
Confirmed CSAM and related child-exploitation concerns are reported to the appropriate regional or national authority as required by applicable law. We cooperate with valid legal requests within the information and technical capabilities available to us.
Encrypted messaging does not mean we can read every private conversation. These standards do not claim routine access to the plaintext of encrypted communications. Reports are assessed using the information provided and other information that is lawfully available.
Child-safety contact
Okitel’s child-safety contact address is info@okitelecom.com. Use this address for child-safety reports, questions about these standards, or child-safety compliance inquiries. Clearly identify the subject as a child-safety concern so it can be routed appropriately.
This inbox is not an emergency service. For an immediate threat to a child, contact the appropriate emergency or child-protection authority.
Protecting people who report
Reports can contain sensitive information. We use report information to evaluate and address the concern, protect users, and meet legal obligations. Information may be shared with appropriate authorities where required. See the Privacy Policy for additional information about support records and disclosures.
Do not make knowingly false reports or use reporting channels to harass another person. A good-faith report does not require you to investigate the concern yourself.
Updates to these standards
These standards may be updated as the service, safety practices, or applicable requirements change. The revision date is shown at the top of this page.
